- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be defective or unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
Katz-Moses Tools will provide a free return label when the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Digital Products, Gift Cards, and downloadable plans are non-returnable.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days.
