Once you place your KM Tools order, please allow our shipping team 1 - 2 business days to get your order processed, perfectly packed and into the hands of the shipping carrier. Once processed, our free ground shipping service averages 3 - 6 business days.
Due to COVID-19 and other unforeseen events, there can be delays that cause the package to be a few days late. This can happen from time to time, so if your package is a few days late there is nothing to worry about.

Shipping to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses
We do ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders
We do take international orders, and we ship worldwide. We try to mitigate import duties on international orders as best we can. However, import duties/customs fees are unfortunately out of our control. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Expedited Shipping
For an additional fee, we offer expedited shipping both domestically and internationally.
For all expedited orders, please allow one additional day for processing time. Note that orders are processed and shipped M-F 9am-5pm PST.
