✨ About the Piece

Designed and built by Jason Hibbs of Bourbon Moth, this one-of-a-kind whiskey cabinet is handcrafted from a Weller Millennium barrel, one of the most sought-after names in bourbon.

Instead of working within the usual limits of building with barrel staves, Jason did something new: he carefully skinned the top layer off each stave to create barrel stave veneers. This let him build without restrictions while preserving the barrel’s original beauty, including a patina that only comes from years spent on a rickhouse shelf.

This cabinet does more than store your collection. It tells the story of an age-old craft, and how, just like a quality bourbon, some things get better with age.
