Jonathan’s Hot Take:

Meet the most intuitive and easy-to-set-up box joint jig on the market.

Box joints are one of the fastest, strongest, and easiest joinery styles for woodworking.

And with the Katz-Moses Universal Box Joint Jig, you’ll be cutting perfect box joints on your table saw in record time.

If you’ve ever tried building a box joint jig yourself (or tried using an expensive premade model), you know how finicky they can be to set up and adjust.

With the KM Tools Universal Box Joint Jig, setup and adjustment are simple.

The laser-cut spacer keys allow you to get super close to final setup right from the start. And with the micro-adjustment knob, a single test joint is all it takes to achieve perfect alignment.

Note: This jig is meant to be used on a table saw with a dado stack.

But why does this jig stand above the rest?

  • 4 standard key sizes allow you to accurately cut different sized box joints to match your project, including ¼” (0.25”), ⅜” (0.375”), ½”(0.5”), and ⅝” (0.625”) - Extra MDF fence allows you to make any additional custom sized box joints you like.
  • Laser-cut keys come with 2 keys for each size — making initial setup simple and accurate

  • Micro-adjustable fence knob lets you easily loosen or tighten box joints by thousandths of an inch — letting you zero in on a perfect fit after one test joint
  • “Expandable” plywood miter slot runner lets you set up the jig to work on YOUR table saw regardless of the model
  • Extra thick MDF fences hold keys steady and provide a solid zero-clearance backing to prevent tearout on your workpiece
  • Fully customizable so you can cut box joints of any size you like and adapt the jig as needed

The jig comes flat packed for you to assemble and sand at home — along with an instructional video where I walk you through assembly and use.

(The instructional video is still being edited and will be sent to you after Feb. 10).
