The adjustable hook rule allows you to capture accurate measurements by securing the rule to the edge of your work piece. It’s made of hardened and tempered tool steel with edges that are ground flat. It has a satin chrome finish with photo-etched, black-filled graduations, making it easy to read.

All good rulers have photo-etched indices, and PEC is no exception. This makes it super easy to set your marking gauge, dividers, or knife line. The adjustable hook is also a nice touch. Give yourself an extra long catch on one side, or move it out of the way completely. Just loosen the screw slightly to slide the catch in either direction.
